The main active ingredient in the KindCare product line is cysteamine hydrochloride, an amino acid. The second step in both eyebrow lamination and eyelash lifting is "Fix it." This product contains hydrogen peroxide, which neutralizes the shape created in the first step and secures the hairs in the desired position. With a pH value of 2.75, it helps stabilize and fix the hairs.

Eyebrow lamination: The KindCare product line is an excellent choice for eyebrow lamination in most cases. Due to the less aggressive chemical process facilitated by cysteamine hydrochloride, the risk of skin irritation is significantly reduced. This is particularly important as the material comes into contact with the skin during eyebrow lamination. However, in cases where the client has extremely thick, wire-like, and unruly hairs, a laminating product with thioglycolic acid, such as our ShapeFix product line, might be more suitable.

Eyelash lifting: KindCare is ideal for lifting normal or fine lashes. It is safe for beginners, as there is virtually no risk of damaging the lashes during use. It is also excellent for advanced users, providing beautiful results on fine or normal lashes.

The KindCare product line is packed with restructuring, regenerating, and strengthening active ingredients such as Procapil, caffeine, hydrolyzed collagen, hydrolyzed wheat protein, aloe vera extract, and panthenol. This combination serves as a true nutritional bomb for eyelashes and eyebrows, supporting their healthy growth and regeneration.

Do your clients often request more frequent lamination or lifting than the manufacturer's recommendation allows? However, it is important to note that during eyelash lamination and lifting, you don't necessarily have to strictly adhere to the manufacturer's guidelines, as eyelashes and eyebrows can vary in type. Several factors can influence the processing time, such as the thickness, strength, and porosity of the hairs. Additionally, weather conditions can affect the duration; for instance, extreme heat may require extending the processing time by a few minutes. Eyelash setting balms or creams can also impact the processing time, with some types potentially extending it by two to three minutes.

Good news: Boostific EasyFix eyelash setting balm is designed not to extend the processing time, allowing you to work with the standard processing time. Before treatment, it is essential to analyze the eyebrows and eyelashes. Therefore, it is crucial to always tailor the treatment to the specific circumstances.

1. Preparation: Ensure that the Shape it formula applied in the previous step is completely removed, and the hairs are dry.
2. Application:
- Eyebrow lamination: Apply the Fix it formula to the eyebrows using a clean brush or applicator. Make sure to distribute the product evenly along the entire length of the hairs.
- Eyelash lifting: Apply the Fix it formula to the eyelashes, at least as far up as the Shape it formula was applied, or 1mm higher.
3. Processing time: Let the Fix it formula work for the time recommended by the manufacturer. The hydrogen peroxide in the Fix it formula neutralizes the shape created in the first step and secures the hairs in the desired state.
4. Removal: Gently wipe off the Fix it formula with a dry applicator or wipe. Ensure no residue remains on the hairs. 5. Aftercare: For optimal results, use a nourishing, restructuring cream or eyelash and eyebrow serum to hydrate and care for the hairs.

After the courier hands the package over to the Customer, Customer shall make sure that the product is not damaged. If the product arrives damaged, then the employee of the courier service shall record this in a report, and the Seller only accepts complaints if they are made in this way.

Withdrawal

In case of contracts concluded outside business premises and distance contracts, the Customer is entitled to withdraw without assigning any reason for 14 calendar days from receiving the product. Customer may also exercise his/her right of withdrawal during the period between the date of contract conclusion and the date of receiving the product. In case of a written withdrawal, it is sufficient to send the declaration of withdrawal within 14 calendar days. The Customer may exercise this right by making an unambiguous statement to this effect or by the declaration form for withdrawal/termination set out in Schedule No.2 of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) (or hereinafter)

Refund:

If Customer terminated the sale and purchase agreement in whole or only with respect to a part of the goods delivered, then

1. Customer shall return the goods concerned to the Seller at Seller’s cost; and 
2. Seller shall refund the purchase price paid for the goods concerned to Customer immediately upon receipt of the goods or the certificate or return of the goods.

In the case of termination of the contract, Seller must refund the full amount paid by the Customer as a consideration. However, if performance has been in accordance with the contract for a certain time prior to the termination of the contract, the consideration due to this period shall not be refunded. In the latter case, that part of the consideration shall be refunded that relates to the period of contractual performance and any consideration paid by the Customer in advance which would have been due for the remaining term of the contract if the contract had not been terminated.

If Customer is entitled to purchase price reduction or to terminate the contract, Seller shall perform its obligation to refund without delay, but within 14 days from gaining knowledge, the latest.

Seller shall reimburse the amount due to Customer with the same payment method that Customer used. Based on the expressed consent of Customer, Seller may use a different method for the reimbursement, but it shall not result in any additional costs for Customer.

Refund-related costs are borne by the Seller.
